摘要
成人高等教育是教育事业的一个重要组成部分,是直接提高社会工作人员理论水平和工作素质的重要途径,而班主任作为学生工作的前线者,对学生的继续教育起着先导性的作用。同时,成人高等教育招收的学生年龄跨度大,社会阅历以及学生思想素质差别大,针对这些特点,结合笔者从事成人高等教育班主任工作谈几点体会。
Adult higher education career education is an important part of society,is directly improve staff theoretical level and work quality of important ways,and class-advisers serve as a student work on the front line of person,to student＇s education plays a continued xingwu role. Meanwhile,adult higher education recruit students age span,the social experience and the students＇ ideological quality difference is big,according to these characteristics,the combination of adult higher education has engaged in teacher in charge work about some experiences.
