前列腺癌干细胞研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 前列腺癌是中老年男性常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率位居发达国家男性恶性肿瘤之首。目前前列腺癌的发生、发展、转移、复发等机制仍不甚明确,本文从肿瘤干细胞理论的角度对前列腺癌的细胞起源、疾病进展、肿瘤转移、复发以及前列腺癌干细胞的分离鉴定作一综述。
