摘要
利用ViewCast软件对氨阀盖铸件铸造过程进行了数值模拟,获得了铸件凝固过程随时间的变化,对可能产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的位置进行了预测。在此基础上改进了阀盖铸件的新工艺方案。结果显示,仅通过增加冒口,就可对原工艺方案进行优化,并满足其技术要求。
The solidification process of valvecover casting was numerically simulated by ViewCast software, and the changes of solidification process with time were obtained, the location of shrinkage, defects was forecasted. Based on this, the original casting process was improved. The results show that only adding risers for process optimization, the original casting process is modified, and the casting technical requirement is met.
