摘要
在对比了FLUENT中所提供的湍流模型以后,选取了应用范围较广的标准κ-ε模型。计算完成后,分析IS100-85-250型离心泵在额定工况下和非额定工况下整机流场的速度压力分布,发现整体上的流场分布情况跟理论分析一致,而且也十分符合叶轮和蜗壳的设计原理。为了验证整机流场分析的准确性和可靠性,对该离心泵进行了性能试验,并作出了预测性能曲线,就离心泵的特性曲线进行了分析。通过扬程-流量、轴功率—流量、效率—流量特性曲线,得出模拟计算与理论分析基本吻合。最后对模拟计算作了总结。
Contrasting all of the viscous models in the FLUENT, the standard k -ε turbulent mode is chosen. With the calculation results,the velcolity and the pressure of the flow feild in the IS100 - 85 - 250 centrifugal pump in the standard and unstandard working conditions are analysed. The flow of simulation is accorded with the theory analysis and the design principle of the impeller and volute. In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the whole flow field, the centrifugal pump performance prediction and performance curves of the projections made on the centrifugal pump characteristic curve analysis are carried out. With the Head-Flow, Shaft Power-Flow, Efficiency-Flow characteristic curves, the theoretical analysis of simulation results is obtained. At last the summing up of the simulation is given.
