表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯对嗜水气单胞菌抑菌机制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以嗜水气单胞菌为实验对象,研究了表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对其的抑菌活性及抑菌机制。结果表明,EGCG对嗜水气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度均为25~50μg/mL。菌体在EGCG作用下,改变细胞膜的通透性,电导率增大,细胞内物质渗漏,从而影响细胞代谢,最终导致细胞死亡。 Antimicrobial effect of EGCG against Gram-negative Aeromonas hydrophila was investigated.As a result,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of EGCG against Aeromonas hydrophila was 25~50μg/mL.The mechanism of action was further investigated by cell integrity and membrane permeabilization assays.The assay showed that EGCG obviously increased the membrane permeability,and induced the leakage of ion and macromolecules in the cytoplasm.Flow cytometric analysis revealed that EGCG can cause significant membrane damage for influx of ONPG into cells.Results indicated that EGCG killed Aeromonas hydrophila by disrupting the structure of cell membranes and caused the leakage of intracellular components from bacterial cells.
