摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在门诊中的应用及效果.方法:我院2010年2月-2010年6月门诊处共收治患者280例,对其采用人性化护理.结果:280例患者在给予人性化护理后,有259例对护理质量表示满意,占92.5%;有255人对护理效果表示满意,占91.07%.结论:在门诊中实施人性化护理,可以为患者提供一个舒适的就医环境,提高了门诊工作,同时也得到了病人的好评.
Objective: Discussion user friendly nursing in outpatient service application and effect. Methods:My courtyard in Feb- ruary, 2010 -- June, 2010 the outpatient service place altogether admits the patient 280 examples, uses user friendly nursing to it. Fi- nally:280 example patients after give user friendly nursing, some 259 examples to nurse the quality to express satisfaction,accounts for 92.5%;Some 255 people to nurse the effect to express satisfaction,accounts for 91.07%. Conclusion: Implements user friendly nursing in the odtpatient service,may provide one for the patient comfortably to go see a doctor the environment,enhanced the outpatient service work, simultaneously also obtained patient's high praise.
