摘要
研究了用静电分离法去除高温合金粉末中非金属夹杂.结果表明:12000V的电晕电压,60r/min的辊筒转速,板齿状电晕电极和扩口形输粉槽是三级静电分离器工艺参数的优化组合.在此条件下,可去除非金属夹杂的最大尺寸为500μm.
The electrostatic separation method is studied in removing non-metal inclusion inpowder superaloloy. It is proved that optimum parameers of e1ectrostatic separation processconsist of corona electrode with teeth of a plate and wide-mouth conveying ihuteof powder at12000 corona voltage and at the roller rate of 60r/m in under the condition of which non-metalinclusion of the largest size of 500μm in powder can be removed,
