摘要
目的：研究对于股动脉插管全脑血管造影术前术后的护理干预.方法：对我院60名经皮肤穿刺股动脉数字减影全脑血管造影围术期的患者进行护理干预,消除其身心不适,运用SAS统计其干预前后心理指数的变化.结果：实施护理干预能降低并发症,并且护理干预前后患者的焦虑忧郁等心理指数明显减轻.结论：患者实施全程护理干预,使造影术成功率提高,并且减少并发症.
Objective：The research inserts a tube in front of the entire cerebral angiography technique after the femoral artery the technique nursing intervention. Methods：Reduces the patient to my courtyard 60 after the skin puncture femoral artery numeral who the shade entire cerebral angiography encircles the technique time to carry on the nursing intervention,eliminates its body and mind to be ill,counts around its intervention using SAS the psychological index change. Results： The implementation nursing intervention can reduce the complication, and around the nursing intervention the patient anxious melancholy and so on the psychological indices reduce obviously. Conclusion： The patient implements the entire journey nursing intervention, makes the radiography technique success ratio to enhance,and reduced complication.
