摘要
目的：探讨社区急性心肌梗死患者的护理体会.方法：对我院2009年10月至2011年1月收治的52例心肌梗死患者进行护理,并对护理体会进行讨论.结果：52例患者住院时间11-26天,平均住院时间（21.5±3.8）天.3例患者发生心绞痛,1例因发生心力衰竭而死亡.患者对急性心肌梗死相关知识的知晓率为94.1%（48/51）,总体满意度为96.1%（49/51）.结论：通过心理辅导、用药护理、饮食护理、运动指导和健康宣教,急性心肌梗死患者对疾病的知晓率得到提高,能够保持乐观积极的心态接受治疗和护理,可有效的降低并发症的发病率和死亡率.
Objecitve： Discussion community acute cardiac arrest patient＇s nursing experience. Methods： From October, 2009 52 example cardiac arrest patient who admits to January, 2011 carries on nursing to my courtyard, and carries on the discussion to the nursing experience. Results：52 example patient in hospital time 11- 26 day, average in hospital time （21.5± 3.8） day. 3 example patients have the angina peetoris, 1 example because of has the heart failure to die. The patient knows to the acute cardiac arrest correlation knowledge rate is 94. 1% （48/51）, the overall degree of satisfaction is 96.1 % （49/51）. Conclusion： Through psychological counselling, medication nursing, diet nursing, the movement instruction and the healthy propaganda, the acute cardiac arrest patient knows to disease rate obtains the enhancement,can maintain the optimistic positive point of view to accept the treatment and nurs- ing, but effective reduces the complication the disease incidence rate and the mortality rate.
