摘要
【目的】探讨不同种类无机盐、维生素、植物生长调节剂对羊肚菌菌丝生长的效应及机理。【方法】以羊肚菌菌株M-4为供试材料,以该菌株在不同培养基上的菌落直径为考察指标,研究不同质量浓度无机盐、维生素、植物生长调节剂对羊肚菌菌丝生长的影响。【结果】不同种类无机盐中,MnSO4对羊肚菌菌丝生长有一定促进作用,MgSO4、K2SO4、NaCl、Na2MoO4对羊肚菌菌丝生长无明显抑制或促进作用,KH2PO4、FeSO4、ZnSO4、Na2SeO3、CuSO4、CoCl2和Ni(NO3)2则对羊肚菌菌丝生长有不同程度的抑制作用。不同种类维生素中,VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12和叶酸对羊肚菌菌丝生长无明显抑制或促进作用,而烟酸则极显著地抑制了羊肚菌菌丝的生长。供试植物生长调节剂中,6-BA对羊肚菌菌丝生长有微弱的促进作用;适量添加2,4-D(≤10mg/L)和吲哚乙酸(≤2mg/L)可促进羊肚菌菌丝的生长,质量浓度较高时则抑制菌丝生长;赤霉素(GA3)对羊肚菌菌丝生长具有极显著的抑制作用。【结论】不同无机盐、维生素及植物生长调节剂对羊肚菌菌丝生长影响的差异较大,向培养基中适量添加MnSO4、2,4-D或吲哚乙酸,均可促进羊肚菌菌丝的生长。
【Objective】 The research is done to explore the effect and mechanism of different inorgainic salts,vitamin and plant hormones on mycelial growth of Morchella esculenta.【Method】 We take M.esculenta M-4 as the tested materials,use the colony size and the growth vigor of aerial hyphae in different culture mediums as the index to research the effect of different inorgainic salts vitamin,plant hormones and their concentration on the growth of M.esculenta mycelium.【Result】 In different inorgainic salts,the manganese sulfate has certain promotion on the mycelial growth of M.esculenta;Magnesium sulfate,potassium sulfate,sodium chloride,sodium molybdate have not significant role in promoting the mycelium growth of M.esculenta;potassium dihydrogen phosphate,ferrous sulfate,zinc sulfate,sodium selenite,copper sulfate,cobalt chloride and nitrate nickel have different degrees of inhibition on the mycelium growth of M.esculenta.In different types of vitamins,VB1,VB2,VB6,VB12 and folic acid have not significant inhibition or promotion on the mycelium growth of M.esculenta,nicotinic acid significantly inhibits the mycelium growth of M.esculenta.In different types of plant hormones,6-BA has weak promotion on the mycelium growth of Morchella;2,4-D(≤10 mg/L)and indole acetic acid(≤2 mg/L) can promote the mycelium growth of M.esculenta,inhibit the growth of mycelium at high concentrations;GA3 significantly inhibits the mycelium growth of M.esculenta.【Conclusion】 Different inorganic salts,vitamins and plant hormones show quite different effects on the growth of M.esculenta mycelium.Adding medium amount of manganese sulfate or 2,4-D and indole acetic acid can promote the growth of mycelium.
