摘要
研究了pH850的氨性介质中,在非离子表面活性剂TritonX-100存在下,Cu(Ⅱ)与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠显色,水相测定微量Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。实验表明,有色配合物最大吸收波长位于420nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为11×104L·mol·-1·cm-1,Cu(Ⅱ)含量在0~44mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律。此法用于钢样和无机盐中微量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,结果令人满意。
In pH 850 ammoniacal
medium,a new spectrophotometric method for determination of Cu () with sodium
diethyl-dithiocarbamate at the presence of Triton X-100 was introduced. max is 420 nm, apparent
molar absorption coefficient is 11104 Lmol-1cm-1.Beer 's law is obeyed in range of 044 mgL-1The
method has been applied to steel samples and inorganic salt with satisfactory results.
