摘要
酸解罐玻璃钢盖子作为加筋复合材料板壳,应用解析方法很难求解。本文利用有限单元位移法,采用复合材料四节点厚壳单元建立模型,计算时忽略剪切变形的影响,考虑了壳体薄膜应力应变和弯曲应力应变之间的耦合效应,对酸解罐玻璃钢盔子进行了结构优化设计,从而充分发挥了复合材料结构的可设计性。
It is very hard to obtain the solution of acid hydrolysis FRP tank cover as stiffened composite plate and shell by analytical method. This paper uses finite element displacement method to establish model with composite four nodes thick shell unit. Shear deformation effect is omitted in the calculation and coupling effect between shell membrane Stress and Strain and flexural stress and strain is considered in the optimizaion of structura design of acid hydrolysis tank, thus developing the designability of composites structure.
