摘要
对中型氨合成塔的筒体强度及上、下封头与塔体连接的边缘应力进行了分析，为此类压力容器应力值的精确求解提供了一个切实可行的方法，同时计算得出对于中型压力容器在相同条件下用分析设计方法比常规设计方法成本更低的结论。
he strength calculation and edge stress analysis of head linking shell on a medium sized ammonia synthesizer are gived, a practical and accurate result are provided As well,it is proved that the cost of design by analysis is lower than that of design by rules in same conditions for this kind of pressure vessels
