品种组合和蛋白质水平对生长育肥猪性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对猪的4 个品种(组合)杜×长大、大×长大、长×大、大白分别在两种不同蛋白质水平日粮下进行了育肥对比试验.用最小二乘分析法对试验结果进行统计分析,结果表明:大×长大组合可用以逐步替代传统的杜×长大组合;在饲养管理条件好的外向型猪场,采用高蛋白质日粮饲喂,可获得较好的经济效益.品种组合与日粮蛋白质水平间的互作效应仅在极少数性状(胴体长、眼肌面积、大理石纹等级和熟肉率)上达到显著或极显著水平. Contrast tests were conducted on 4 varieties of pigs,i.e. D×LW,W×LW,L×W and Large White pig which were fed at 2 protein levels respectively. Results obtained from least squares analysis method showed that breed type W×LW may replace traditional breed type D×LW gradually;high economic gains may be achieved from pigs fed with hi protein feedstuff in well managed foreign oriented pig farms;interaction between breed type and protein level was significant or very significant only in very few properties of pigs.
