摘要
研究了石英含量对刚玉基陶瓷型芯强度、收缩率、气孔率和体积密度的影响。试验结果表明:在相同的烧结温度下,随着石英含量的增加,型芯的抗弯强度、收缩率不断增大;相同SiO2含量,型芯的抗弯强度、收缩率随烧结温度的升高而增大;在相同的烧结温度下,随着SiO2含量的增多,样品的显气孔率先增加后减小,存在极值;同一成分含量,当SiO2含量≤15%,随烧结温度的升高,样品的显性气孔率增加,而当SiO2为20%,1 450℃烧结时型芯的显性气孔率最大。SEM、XRD、EDS分析结果表明,玻璃相的生成和消耗关系是影响型芯显气孔率的重要因素。
The effect of SiO2 content on the property of alumina-based ceramic core was investigated.The results show that the bending strength and shrinkage ratio of the core increased with the increase of SiO2 content at the same sintering temperature or increased with the increase of sintering temperature at the same content of SiO2.The apparent porosity of the samples increased first,and then decreased with the increase of SiO2 content at the same sintering temperature.For the same content of SiO2,when the content of SiO2 is no more than 15%,the apparent porosity of the samples increased with the increase of sintering temperature;when the content of SiO2 is 20%,the apparent porosity of the samples sintered at 1 450 ℃ reached the maximum.The results of SEM,XRD and EDS indicate that the generation and consumption of the glass phase play an important role in the apparent porosity of the samples.
