摘要 基于SHM1150II芯片设计频率响应宽、信号失真小的功放电路,利用STC单片机进行处理,实现了一种便于蓄电池供电、现场携带的低功耗、低成本、低畸变、高可靠性的单相正弦波变频电源。该变频电源具有过流保护及测量显示功能,频率在1Hz~200Hz范围内可调,输出电压有效值为15V~36V可调,输出的正弦波质量高,失真度小于5%。 Power amplification circuit with the advantages of wide frequency response and small signal distortion,etc.has been designed with SHM1150II chip,and the design of single-phase sine wave frequency conversion power supply which is on-site portable and can be conveniently battery-powered and of low-power,low cost,low distortion,high reliability has also been realized by using STC micro-programmed control unit.The frequency conversion power supply has over-current protection and measurement display functions,and its frequency ranges from 1Hz to 200Hz;its output voltage is also adjustable from15V to 36V.Sine wave output is of high quality and the distortion is less than 5%.
