摘要
针对现场轧辊等大型轴类零件的扁头对称度进行测量实际困难,比较了组合测量法和百分表配合百分表座测量法,提出一种基于数显高度尺测量的新的对称度检测方法。利用数显高度尺测量两侧弦高,记录最大示数,得到对称度数值,与数控机床测量数据检验对比,单侧的最大误差为0.018 mm,对称度的最大误差为0.011 mm,对称度的平均误差为0.003 mm,仅为允许误差的3%,满足对称度测量要求。
According to the difficulty of measuring the flat head symmetry for shaft parts,a new method of measuring the symmetry is proposed by comparing the combination measurement method and dial indicator measurement.By using the digital height scale,the string heights on both sides are measured,the maximum number is recorded,and the symmetry value is obtained.By comparing with the data measured by NC machine,the unilateral maximum error is 0.018 mm,the maximum error of symmetry is 0.011 mm,the average error is 0.003 mm,and the error is 3%,it satisfies the requirements of symmetry measurement.
