摘要
对跗线螨水胺硫磷抗性种群研究表明, 跗线螨对水胺硫磷的抗性可能与乙酰胆碱酯酶 ( Ach E) 敏感性降低、多功能氧化酶 ( M F O) 活性增强有关。生物测定结果, 增效醚 ( P B O)、磷酸三苯酯 ( T P P) 对抗性种群仅有轻微增效作用, 其增效比值分别为202, 124 倍。该种群对几种常用杀虫、杀螨剂的交互抗性研究表明,水胺硫磷与辛硫磷 (1250 倍)、灭扫利 (1151 倍) 有较高的交互抗性, 而与其他供试药剂无交互抗性。
Studies on resistance of yellow mite ( Pohyphagotarsonemus latus ) strain to the isocarbophos indicated that the resistance to isocarbophos might be the results of the decreased sensitivity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and the increased activities of mixed function oxidase (MFO). PBO and TPP had a little synergism, of which synergistic value were 2.02 fold and 1.24 fold, respectively. The studies on cross resistance also showed that isocarbophos had positive cross resistant effect with phoxim (1.25×) and fenpropathrin(11.51×), and no cross resistanct effect with other tested pesticides.
