摘要
报道了对杉木速生性进行配合力“逆向选择”的遗传增益, 分为3 种不同的选择方式: 一般配合力的优良家系选择; 特殊配合力的优良家系选择; 一般配合力和特殊配合力交互轮回选择. 结果表明, 在一般配合力选择的基础上, 进行特殊配合力选择, 可以取得明显效果, 其树高、胸径和材积的平均遗传增益分别为: ΔGH= 9.65% , ΔGD1.3= 8.95% 和ΔGV= 27.46% . 还探讨了各阶段遗传增益计算的方法,
There are 3 kinds of backward selection methods for combining ability of Chinese fir (Chunninghamia lancecolata Hook ) in speed growth reported in the paper,which are selecting superior families with general combining ability(GCA ),selection superior families with specific combining ability(SCA) and correlated recurrent selection with GCA and SCA,respectively.The result indicated that there was significant effect with SCA selection based on GCA selection,the mean genetic gain for height is 9 65%,diameter is 8 95% and volume is 27 46%,respectively.The calculating ways of genetic gain on each stage have been studied.
