摘要
科学发展观是坚持以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的发展观。改革开放以来,我国的政治经济取得了巨大的发展,但是文化发展的速度相对缓慢。党的十七大报告提出了"提高国家文化软实力"的新要求,这是党对文化建设的新认识、新思考和新部署。提高国家文化软实力有利于和谐社会的建设,有利于国家综合国力的提高,有利于增强民族凝聚力,有利于实现国家全面、协调、可持续发展。因此,我们必须大力发展文化事业,提高国家文化软实力,加快中国特色社会主义现代化的建设。
The Outlook of Scientific Development strives for a human-centered, coordinated, all-round and sustain- able development. Since China＇s reform and opening-up to the outside world, great progress has been made in political and economic development. However, the development ofculture has lagged far behind. The new demand to construct the state cultural soft power proposed on the 17th National Congress is the Party＇s new idea and new un- derstanding of cultural construction. The upgrading of cultural soft power is conducive to the construction of a harmonious society, the strengthening of overall state power, the solidarity of different nationalities, and the coordinated, all-round and sustainable development of the state as awhole. Therefore, it is high time for us to develop our cultural cause so that the state cultural soft power can be upgraded, and the construction of a socialism with Chinese characteristics can be sped up.
