摘要
目的探讨3种不同频率的超声清洗器对眼科齿类器械的洗涤效果。方法将使用后的眼科器械随机分为A、B、C组3组,每组100件分别放置在不同频率的超声清洗器中进行清洗,清洗后的齿类器械采用目测法和潜血试验法,检测评估器械的清洗质量。结果齿类器械目测合格率92.0%-96.0%,差异无统计学意义;潜血检测合格率72.0%-90.0%,A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(2χ=10.526,P〈0.01);B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.679,P〈0.05);A、B、C3组比较,差异有统计学意义(2χ=11.871,P〈0.01)。结论进口单频清洗器适用于眼科精密器械的清洗;根据器械的材质选择相匹配的超声清洗器,可以最大程度保障医疗器械的清洗质量。
OBJECTIVE To compare the cleaning effect of 3 ultrasonic cleaners of different frequencies on the ophthalmic rodent devices.METHODS Totally 300 used ophthalmic rodent devices were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C on average.The 3 groups were cleaned by ultrasonic cleaners of different frequencies.After the devices were cleaned,their cleaning quality were detected and assessed by occult blood test and visual inspection.RESULTS The pass rate of visual inspection was between 92.0% to 96.0% and there was no statistical significance.The pass rate of occult blood test was between 72.0% to 90.0%.Compared group A and group C,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.526,P=0.001),so was the difference between group B and group C(χ2=4.679,P=0.032).Compared group A,B and C,the differences were also statistically significant(χ2=11.871,P=0.003).CONCLUSIONS Imported single-frequency ultrasonic cleaners are applicable to the cleaning of ophthalmic rodent devices and ensure the cleaning quality of precision devices the highest level.
