In order to study the dynamics of the antibody of PRRSV and CSFV in the swinery with persistent infection of PRRSV,the blood samples of finishing pigs, multiparous sow, replacement gilts and piglets in pig farm with PRRS were collected once a week.PRRSV were tested by RT-PCR,and the antibodies of PRRSV and HCV were tested by ELISA after vaccination of CSFV vaccine. The results indicated that the level of PRRSV antibody went down and remained stable gradually after swine herds recovered, and rose gradually to higher but the detection rate of PRRSV was comparatively lower when the entire swine herds showed clinical symptoms once again. The level of HCV antibody rose quickly after immunized by classical swine fever vaccine and the immunity effect was better.
