摘要
为选择适宜的施药方法,提高吡蚜酮对烟草蚜虫的防效。在烟草旺长期,以6 mg(a.i)/株吡蚜酮的用量,用喷雾和浇灌法分别施药,并于7 d和15 d后调查药剂的防效;同时,用PHLC测定用药1,2和4周后烟叶上吡蚜酮的残留量。结果表明:相同施药剂量下,喷雾较浇灌法的防治效果好,且持效期长,生产上施用吡蚜酮时应采取喷雾法用药。然而喷雾法处理的烟株中吡蚜酮残留量高于浇灌法,但远低于CORESTA的农药残留量推荐标准GRLs(1.00 mg/kg),本实验烟叶中吡蚜酮的半衰期12~14 d。
To improve the control effects of pymetrozine against Myzus persicae(Sulzer),the chemical was sprayed or irrigated to tobacco plants at the rate of 6 mg/plant during fast growing stage.The control effects were investigated on the 7th and 15th day after application,and pymetrozine residues in tobacco leaf were determined by HPLC in 1,2 and 4 weeks after application.The results showed that: spraying method was superior to irrigating method not only in control effect but also in persistence at the same dose.Although the residue level in the plants of spraying method was higher than that of irrigating method,it was far lower than the limits(1.00 mg/kg) recommended by CORESTA.The half-life of pymetrozine in leaf was 12 to 14 days.
