摘要
采用有限元法对扭矩轴的设计进行了分析,通过试验,对分析结果进行了检验。实践证明,扭矩轴设计是合理的,可以满足采煤机正常采煤以及过载保护的要求。
FEM is used to analyze the design of the torque shaft,and the analysis results are verified through tests.Practices show that the design of the torque shaft is reasonable and meets the requirements of normal operation and overload protection of the shearer.
