摘要
为实现用显微镜法测试纤维直径和含量时计算机自动计数,除用纤维散布器使纤维尽可能分散为单根纤维外,对个别没有分散开的重叠纤维(3根以下)利用图像处理技术进行分离。提取纤维集合体边缘,计算边缘各点倾角曲线,并对此曲线进行小波变换,将纤维头端去除而获得纤维纵向边缘,用Hough变换提取直线逼近纵向边缘,并求出其倾角和中心点,对提取的纵向边缘进行分解合并和配对,从而统计出纤维根数和求取纤维直径。实验表明,该技术具有较高鲁棒性,计数纤维根数精度较高。
For realizing computer automatic counting when examining fiber diameter and fiber content by microscopy,apart from making interlaced fiber scatter in a single fiber form by a fiber scatter,image processing technology is employed to distinguish individual fibers for those interlacing fibers(less than 3) that has not been scattered.Then extract the edge of the fiber assembly,calculate the slope curve along individual points of the edge,and conduct wavelet transform of the curve.And removing the fiber end pixels,the longitudinal ridge of the fiber is obtained.Hough transform is used to work out the slope and center of fiber edge.These edges are sorted out to figure out the amount of interlacing fibers and fiber diameter as well.Experiments show that the counting system is robust and the fiber counting result is accurate.
