苯甲醇对腈纶纤维阳离子染料染色的作用机制 被引量:14

摘要 利用提纯的阳离子翠蓝X-GB,考察在85℃无染色促进剂、85℃加染色促进剂(苯甲醇)和常规沸染条件下阳离子染料对腈纶纱线的染色性能,探讨苯甲醇对腈纶阳离子染料的染色动力学和热力学的影响。结果表明:升高染色温度和加入促进剂苯甲醇染色,均能提高阳离子翠蓝X-GB对腈纶纤维的平衡吸附量、染色速率常数、扩散系数和活化能,缩短半染时间,同时分配系数、标准亲和力及纤维对染料的饱和吸附值也有了很大的提高;应用苯甲醇较好地实现了腈纶85℃染色,既能有效地提高纤维对染料的吸附量,又能减少高温染色对纤维造成的损伤。 The dyeing behavior of Cationic Turquoise Blue X-GB to acrylic fibers has been investigated under three conditions,namely,dyeing at 85 ℃ without accelerant,dyeing at 85 ℃ with accelerant(benzyl alcohol),and conventional boiling dyeing.The influence of benzyl alcohol on the kinetics and thermodynamics of the dyeing of acrylic fibers with cationic dye was studied.The results show that both increasing dyeing temperature and adding benzyl alcohol increase the equilibrium dye-uptake,dyeing rate constant,diffusion coefficient and activated energy and decrease half-dyeing time for acrylic fiber dyed with Cationic Turquoise Blue X-GB.Meanwhile,the partition coefficient,standard affinity and dye saturation value are also enhanced drastically.Furthermore,the dyeing of acrylic fibers with cationic dyes at 85 ℃ using benzyl alcohol as a dyeing accelerant is achieved,which effectively increase the dye adsorption of acrylic fibers and reduce the fiber damage caused by high temperature dyeing.
