摘要
辅助汽水系统是火电机组热力系统的重要组成部分。计算辅助汽水流量对煤耗率的影响有重要的现实意义。文中提出了一种计算辅助汽水流量对煤耗率影响的新方法,该方法以火电机组热经济性分析的统一物理模型和数学模型为基础,借助梯度算子,建立基于强度矩阵的辅助汽水流量对煤耗率影响的通用计算关系式。通过对600MW火电机组典型工况的实例计算,验证了该模型的正确性。该方法不必建立热力系统能量平衡方程与质量平衡方程,推导简单,物理意义明确,计算量小,精度高,通用性强。为辅助汽水系统的定量计算和火电机组节能降耗分析提供了一种新的工具。
Auxiliary steam-water system is an important part of thermal system of power generator networks. The calculation of auxiliary steam-water rate of flow on the influence of coal consumption rate has an important practical significance. This article proposed a new method of calculating auxiliary steam-water rate of flow on the influence of coal consumption rate. It is based on the unified physical model and mathematical model of the analysis of thermo- economics and has the aid of gradient operator to build a calculation equation about the influence of auxiliary steam-water rate of flow on coal consumption rate. This equation was based upon intensity matrix. By example-calculating of typical working condition, the article tested and verified the correctness of this model. By this method, this was no need to build an energy-balance equation and a mass balance equation of thermodynamic system and has other advantages, for example, the easy derivation, little amounts of calculation, high accuracies and universality. Then, it presents a new tool of auxiliary steam-water system quantitative calculation and reaching energy conservation and lower energy consumption of thermal power generator networks.
