摘要
TD-SCDMA采用的是TDD工作方式,收发采用相同的频带,由于PHS的存在,A频段带宽为1 880~1 900 MHz,体积有严格要求110 mm×75 mm×30 mm,难点是在此体积下实现带内最大插损小于0.9 dB,插损纹波小于等于±0.3 dB,回波损耗大于18 dB的设计要求,带外抑制要求S21<-75 dB@1 920 MHz,S21<-25 dB@1 865 MHz,采用六腔体带双重三极子的交叉耦合设计,测试结果与设计结果吻合良好。
TD-SCDMA uses TDD(Time Division Duplex) mode,and the transmitter and receiver use the same frequency band.The width about TD A band is 20 MHz,from 1 880 MHz to 1 900 MHz,and the bulk of the filter should be less than 110 mm×75 mm×30 mm. The difficulty is that the insert loss and insert loss ripple must be less than 0.9 dB,and ±0.3 dB,respectively and the return loss should be more than 18 dB.Furthermore the attenuation should meet the requirement of S21-75 dB @1 920 MHz,S21-25 dB @1 865 MHz.The cross coupling filter in this paper uses 2 three-poles,and the test results are well in line with the design.
