摘要
[目的]分析26种蕨类植物同工酶的遗传多样性。[方法]分析26种蕨类植物的POD同工酶、SOD同工酶、CAT同工酶和EST同工酶的酶谱,并对其中有条带的17种材料进行聚类分析。[结果]在26种蕨类植物中,有17种在同工酶谱带上表现出丰富的遗传多样性,但其聚类分析结果与形态学分类结果不完全吻合。[结论]同工酶谱为研究蕨类植物的遗传多样性提供了好的研究方法,但不支持形态学分类。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the genetic diversity of isozyme in 26 kinds of ferns.[Method] The zymograms of POD isozyme,SOD isozyme,CAT isozyme and EST isozyme in 26 kinds of ferns were analyzed,and the cluster analysis on 17 kinds of materials which had the banding was carried out.[Result] In 26 kinds of ferns,there were 17 kinds displayed the rich genetic diversity in the isozymogram.But their cluster analysis result didn't totally tally with the morphological classification.[Conclusion] The isozymogram provided the good research method for studying the genetic diversity of ferns but didn't support the morphological classification.
