摘要
基于班杜拉的三元交互决定论,博士生创新能力可视为博士生创新个体、创新行为和创新环境交互作用、共同影响的结果。博士生创新能力系统中,由于创新个体、创新行为和创新环境三者相互作用不同,从而表现出不同的创新能力。博士生创新能力需要高校建立健全的体制和采取相应措施,强化博士生的创新特质,完善其知识结构,提高科研实践能力,营造学术创新氛围。
Based on the analysis of Bandura's Reciprocal Determinism,PhD candidates' creativity can be seen as the results of combined effect of innovative personality,innovative behavior and innovative environment.In the system of PhD candidates' creativity,the different interactions among innovative personality,innovative behavior and innovative environment,causes different creativity.Therefore,universities should establish a sound system and take appropriate measures to strengthen the creative characteristics of PhD students,improve the knowledge structure,enhance research and practical ability,and create an atmosphere of academic innovation.
