摘要
介绍一种侧身下肢牵引固定器，把卧床固定和自攻式牵引装置组合为一体，具有牵引复位和固定两种功能。经临床应用牵引与固定效果良好，适用于下肢骨折、关节脱位的复位与固定。
This device is consisted of bed, tractor and fixator. It has function of tractional reduction andfixation. It has been shown good and reliable results through clinal application and can be mainly usedfor reduction and fixation of patients with fracture of low extremity and dislocation of joint.
