摘要
根据文献及实验经验,从大鼠品系、致敏、激发和模型检验4个方面来概述大鼠哮喘模型的制备要点,以期为大鼠哮喘模型的应用和进一步模型优化提供研究基础。
According to literatures and the experimental experience of the author,from the rat strains,sensitization,excitation and model testing four aspects summarize model points of preparation,in order to afford bases about application and further optimization research of the rat model of asthma.
