摘要 探讨了流动相条件及流速对体积排阻色谱分离抗EGF单克隆抗体的影响.结果表明:选择100mmol/L磷酸钠-150mmol/L氯化钠(pH=7.0)为流动相,设定流速为0.6mL/min时,抗EGF单克隆抗体在体积排阻色谱柱上的分离能获得最佳柱效. The effect of mobile phase and flow on separation of anti- EGF monoclonal antibody in size exclusion chromatography has been studied. The result showed that anti - EGF monoclonal antibody separated by size exclusion chromatography could have the best column performance in the condition, when selecting 100mM phosphate buffer/150mM sodium chloride (pHT. 0) as mobile phase and setting flow rate 0.6 mL/min.
