摘要
极化/去极化电流方法(PDC)是一种非破坏性、不需要变压器吊罩处理的变压器油纸绝缘老化评估方法。为了深入理解油纸绝缘的介质响应机理与PDC测量结果之间的内在关系,本文建立了变压器主绝缘的介质响应等效电路,通过现场测量数据对等效电路的参数进行求取,仿真研究了等效电路中的支路参数变化对PDC测量结果的影响。结果表明等效电路中的较小时间常数支路与油的状态相关;中等时间常数支路与绝缘结构相关;较大时间常数支路与纸板的状态相关。
The polarization and depolarization current(PDC)analysis is a non-destructive dielectric testing method for determining the aging state for insulation materials in a transformer.A better understanding the relationship of dielectric response and PDC measurement result is key factor for this method.A circuit model which describes the dielectric behavior of the transformer's main insulation system has been parameterized in this paper.The values of the parameters of the model have been identified from the field PDC test.The simulations study show that the smaller time constant branches are governed by the condition of the oil.The intermediate time constant branches are governed by the condition of insulation structure and the larger time constant branches are governed by the condition of paper/pressboard.These studies enable a clear and transparent interpretation of PDC test results.
