摘要
风机的风量均以最大风量需求来设计,其传统风量调整方式采用机械方法或电磁转差离合器或液压耦合器调节。分析风机风量调节运行工况,提出将模糊直接转矩控制引入到风机的风量控制上,取代传统风机风量调节方式;在MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真软件环境下,构建风机电机模糊直接转矩控制的数学模型和系统仿真模型;通过分析系统仿真结果,说明该控制系统的正确性。本系统的研究,为减少调整功率过剩风机风量过程的能量无偿损耗,提供了有效的控制手段,具有工程实用价值。
The design of fan is based on the largest air flow.The traditional way of adjusting airflow is using mechanical method,electric-magnetic slip clutch or hydraulic pressure coupling ware.This paper analyzes the adjustment of airflow in fan's running.A method which introduces the fuzzy direct torque control into the fan airflow control is presented to replace the traditional fan airflow adjusting mode.The mathematics model and simulation model of fan motor fuzzy direct torque control are constructed with MATLAB / SIMULINK.By analyzing the simulation results,it is shown correct.The study of this system provides an effective method for reducing energy consumption in the adjustment of fan with excess airflow,so it is practical in engineering application.
