摘要 本文观察了微量元素锌钼对染氟大鼠脂质过氧化作用的影响。实验结果表明,氟对大鼠血浆、肝肾组织中SOD活性具有抑制作用;血浆MDA明显增加,肝肾MDA增加无显著意义。锌钼联合应用可拮抗氟对抗氧化系统损伤作用保持SOD正常水平,清除过多MDA。 In this paper the effects of zinc and molybdenum on Hpid peroxidation of rats exposed fluoride were observed. Results :the activites of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in blood plusma liver and kindney were decreased in exposure group. Malondialdehtde(MDA) level of blood plusma were significantly higher than the other groups. Liver and kidney MDA in all groups were not significantly different. Zinc-molybdenum could reduce the degree of damage of system antioxidase and keep hold on SOD namol levels in body and clear away MDA.
