摘要
针对FLAC3D软件前处理功能不足和建模比较麻烦的问题,探索了一套利用SURPAC软件建立多网格高仿真复杂FLAC3D模型的方法。通过在SURPAC软件中建立块体模型,然后利用重新分块命令,生成多个不同单元大小的块体模型,利用约束组合分别导出其中的一部分点的数据,汇合到一起,得到一个新的含有多种网格的块体模型的数据,经过数据类型格式转换,导入到FLAC3D软件中,生成多网格高仿真复杂FLAC3D模型并进行力学模拟计算。这种方法使FLAC3D建模快捷化,并且建立的模型更符合实际形态,提高了数值模拟的准确度。该建模方法在古家台铁矿中得到应用,通过对真实的开挖过程进行力学数值模拟,得到了采场的应力、位移及塑性区分布规律。结果证明这种方法是可行的。
In connection with the disadvantages of FLAC3D modeling,a new method of FLAC3D modeling of multi-grids and simulation is proposed based on SURPAC software.The block model is established by SURPAC software,then a number of block models of different unit size are generated by redividing the block model,then partial data of the block models are exported by constraint combination.A new block model with multi-grids is got by aggregating the partial data.The data of SURPAC block model can be imported into the software FLAC3D by changing the data format and then,the mechanical simulation can be carried out.The new method accelerates the modeling of FLAC3D and improves the accuracy of the numerical simulation.The FLAC3D model is more accordant to the actual shape.The new FLAC3D modeling method has been used in Gujiatai iron mine.The law of the distribution of stress,displacement and plastic zone can be got through the simulation of mining process and mechanical analysis of the roof,pillar and filling.The result shows that the new modeling method is effective.
