摘要
依据湖南某多金属矿矿石性质特点,采用预先浮硫化矿,浮硫尾矿常温浮白钨矿,白钨浮选粗精矿经酸浸脱磷产出合格的白钨精矿;白钨浮选尾矿经螺旋溜槽粗选富集,刻槽摇床精选产出锡精矿的工艺流程。对含WO30.617%、Sn0.043%的原矿,获得了钨(WO3)品位65.65%、回收率为85.09%的白钨精矿,锡品位28.20%,回收率为25.95%的锡精矿,白钨和锡石均得到有效回收。
The technologies of pre-floating sulphide,sulfur tailings floating scheelite at room temperature,scheelite flotation concentrate were performed on a poly-metallic ore.Then the qualified output of scheelite concentrate is achieved through dephosphorylation by acid leaching.Tin concentrate were produced out of scheelite flotation tailings by spiral chute roughing and groove shaking processes.Scheelite concentrate with WO3 grade 65.65 % and recovery rate of 85.09 % from WO3 grade of 0.617 % and the rate of Sn0.043 %.The grade of Sn is 28.20 %.The recovery rate of tin concentrate is 25.95 %.
