摘要
683名中学生完成了行动计划问卷、计划行为理论问卷和自编锻炼行为问卷的测试。分析发现:行动计划在锻炼意图和锻炼行为之间起完全中介作用;行为控制感直接影响行动计划,且影响意图对行动计划和锻炼行为的预测力;整合的TPB模型可显著提高锻炼行为的解释力。该研究表明,行动计划是衔接TPB构念与锻炼行为的重要后动机变量,建议未来应以整合模型进行实验干预研究。
683 students completed action planning questionnaire,measures assessing the TPB constructs for exercise,and self-report measures of exercise behavior.Data were analyzed by Structural Equation-odels.The results showed that action planning played a full mediating role in the relationship between intention and physical exercise of adolescents.The perceived behavioral control had the direct effect on action planning,furthermore,significantly impacted explanatory power of intention on action planning and exercise behavior.Finally,an integrated TPB model with action planning explained 70% of the variance in intention and 42.9% of the variance in exercise behavior.Those findings suggested that action planning was important post-motivational variables that linked the TPB constructs to exercise behavior.Future research integrating planning into the TPB within experimental interventions was warranted.
