电路仿真的导弹发控电子设备最大故障信息量诊断

摘要 导弹发控电子设备由大规模集成电路组成,采用集中控制管理的工作模式,功能强大、运行可靠性要求高,故障诊断较复杂。采用电路仿真软件对不同功能模块的电路进行灵敏度、最差情况仿真分析,从而确定电路板的关键元部件,选择有效测试点,仿真分析单故障状态电路输出的最大容差范围,以此来构造工作状态正常与否的样本集,应用最大故障信息量诊断方法求出最大故障信息量特征群,得出与实际相符的故障源,探求了一种快速自动故障诊断的方法。 The missile launch and control electronic equipment consists with large scale integrated circuit.It uses centralized control management model,which is powerful and has high working reliability.But its fault diagnosis is very complex.We use circuit simulation software to analyze sensitivity and the most complex situation of different function board components.By this,the key board components are ascertained.And effective test points are selected.In addition,we analyze a single fault state circuit the maximum tolerance range by simulation in order to structure the work state of the normal or the sample set.With the greatest amount of information fault diagnosis methods,the character colony is picked up.And the actual source of the fault is found.In a word,we explore a new fast method of automatic fault diagnosis.
