Research progress on synthesis and application of PbS thin film materials

摘要 综述了PbS薄膜材料的合成方法、应用现状,结合薄膜材料的发展需求提出了电子束辐射法、超声法、微波法等几种高效合成均匀致密PbS薄膜的新方法,展望了PbS薄膜材料的发展前景。 The methods to synthesize PbS thin film material and its application state were reviewed,and by analyzing the development of the needs of PbS,some new methods to efficiently synthesize the uniform,compact PbS thin film material were studied by means of electron beam radiation,ultrasound,microwave method,etc.The prospect of the advantages on PbS thin film material was pointed out.
