摘要
利用聚丙烯纤维对混凝土的影响,选用对防渗墙、路基等有利的低弹模混凝土配合比,并同时兼顾混凝土强度、弹性模量、抗裂抗渗性能,做了本构模型和力学性能分析。结果表明,在混凝土中掺入一定量的聚丙烯纤维是克服混凝土开裂的有效途径,能够有效提高混凝土的延性,改善混凝土的变形性能。当水灰比为0.65,聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.9%时,低弹模混凝土的抗裂、防渗性能达到最优。
Using the influence of polypropylene fiber on concrete,selecting a right mix-proportion with a low elastic modulus concrete for anti-permeability wall and road base,and considering the concrete strength,elastic modulus,crack-resistance and anti-permeability,the constitutive model and the analysis on mechanical properties are carried out.The results show that mixing a suitable amount of polypropylene fiber into concrete can overcome the concrete cracking,effectively improve the ductility of concrete and improve the deformation property of concrete.When the water-cement ratio is 0.65 and the dosage of polypropylene fiber is 0.9%,the crack-resistance and anti-permeability of low elastic modulus concrete can achieve an optimal performance.
