摘要
介绍了φ9.5 mm电工圆铝杆连铸连轧生产线设备中连续铸造结晶轮制造工艺,应用滚压工艺技术,提高结晶轮的耐磨性、抗疲劳强度和使用寿命。通过对滚压技术研究和结晶轮结构分析,采用Pro/E软件实体建模、ANSYS11.0有限元软件和接触分析技术,对滚压过程进行仿真,对结晶轮应力分布和变形情况进行分析,确定了所需的滚压力,并在模拟的基础上进行实践验证。模拟结果和实践数据基本吻合,对自制滚压机的设计、滚压工艺制度的制定有着积极的意义。
The paper briefly introduced rolling technology in crystal round processing of aluminum rod continuous casting machine in the Φ9.5 mm electrical pole continuous casting and rolling production line equipments.In order to improve the crystalline wheel wear resistance,fatigue strength and service life,on the basis of rolling wheel technology research and structural analysis of crystalline wheel,solid model is creation by using Pro/e software,and rolling process of crystal round is simulate by using ANSYS11.0 software and contact analysis.The stress distribution and deformation of crystalline wheel was theoretically analyzed.The required rolling pressure was determined.In practice,simulation results are consistent and practical data,which has a positive meaning in rolling machine design and process system defination.
