摘要
以二甲基硬脂酸乙酯基叔胺和1,3-二氯-2-丙醇为原料合成了一种双酯基Gemini季铵盐织物柔软剂(DEGQS),通过正交试验考察了反应的影响因素,确定了优化工艺条件:n(1,3-二氯-2-丙醇)∶n(二甲基硬脂酸乙酯基叔胺)=1∶2.1,w(乙醇)=40%(对反应物质量);80℃反应12 h,收率达到89.3%.通过FTIR、元素分析1、H-NMR进行表征并研究其应用性能.结果表明:DEGQS表面张力35.9mN/m,临界胶束浓度0.039 mmol/L,Krafft点为-3.41℃,表面活性较好,柔软性能与D1821基本相当,具有优良的再润湿性和生物降解性能,对织物的白度影响较小.
A double-ester Gemini quaternary ammonium (DEGQS) fabric softener was synthesized using dimethyl stearic acid ethyl tertiary amine and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol as materials. The effects on the reaction process were investigated by the orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions of the DEGQS were obtained as follows: n(1,3-dichloro-2-propanol):n(dimethyl stearic acid ethyl tertiary amine)=1:2.1; w(ethanol)=40%; reaction at 80 ℃ for 12 h; the yield was 89.3%. The product was characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis and 1HN- MR. The application properties were also investigated. The results showed that the surface tension of DEGQS was 35.9 mN/m, the critical miscall concentration was 0.039 mmol/L, Krafft point was -3.41℃. The softener had good surface performance, and the softening property was equal as D1821. The softener had good rewetting property and biodegradation property, and had little effect on the fabric whiteness.
