摘要 目的研究肿瘤耐药相关基因MRP3、GST-π在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测76例食管鳞状细胞癌患者MRP3、GST-π的表达,同时回顾性研究这些表达与食管鳞状细胞癌发生、浸润及转移等临床病理参数的关系。应用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线和Cox回归模型分析其与患者预后的关系。结果食管鳞状细胞癌组织中,MRP3在不同临床分期、有或无淋巴结转移组之间阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GST-π在不同临床分期、不同浸润深度组之间阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素生存分析表明,MRP3、GST-π阳性表达组的生存率虽低于阴性表达组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Cox模型多因素分析表明,肿瘤临床分期是影响生存期的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论检测MRP3、GST-π的表达对食管鳞状细胞癌化疗方案的制定、判断预后有重要的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the clinical pathology significance and the expression of MRP3 and GST-π in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MRP3 and GST-π in 76 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Then to analyse the relationship between the expression of MRP3,GST-π and different clinical pathological factors.The relationship between the expression of MRP3 and GST-π with prognosis of patients was evaluated by Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Cox regression model analysis.Results In different clinical stages and with or without lymph node metastasis of esophageal carcinoma,the positive frequency of MRP3 protein had statistically significant(P〈0.05).In different clinical stages and different depth of invasion,the positive frequency of GST-π protein had statistically significant(P〈0.05).Univariate survival analysis suggested that the five-year survival rates between the positive and negative frequency groups of MRP3 and GST-π had not statistically significant(P〉0.05).Cox multivariate analysis indicated that the TNM stage of esophageal carcinoma was the independent prognostic factor affecting survival rate of patients(P〈0.05).Conclusion Examining the MRP3 and GST-π expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma plays an important role in orientating the cancer treatment and predicting prognosis.
