摘要
大豆黄酮是异黄酮类植物雌激素中的一种,被认为是一种具有广阔应用前景的新型饲料添加剂。综述了大豆黄酮在奶牛生产中的作用,可以促进奶牛瘤胃发酵、增加产奶量,改善乳成分、提高血清和乳中激素含量以及增强奶牛免疫力和抗氧化能力,同时指出了大豆黄酮在奶牛生产应用中存在的问题。
Daidzein is one of isoflavone-s plant estrogen,is deemed to be a new feed additive which has wide applying prospect.The effects of applying daidzein in production of dairy cattle were summarized,such as daidzein can promote rumen fermentation,increase milk yield,improve milk composition,enhance content of hormones in serum and milk and immunity and antioxidant ability of dairy cattle.Meanwhile,the existent problems in applying daidzein in production of dairy cattle were pointed out.
