摘要 目的阐明陆地棉分泌腔的发生和发育过程。方法半薄切片技术、超薄切片技术、光学和电镜观察并拍照。结果茎分泌腔的原始细胞起源于基本分生组织,叶分泌腔的原始细胞起源于叶板状分生组织,两者的原始细胞首先进行一次平周分裂,再进行平周和垂周分裂产生分泌腔的原始细胞群。茎和叶中的分泌腔发育过程被划分为分泌腔原始细胞起源、分泌腔原始细胞团形成、分泌腔的发生和成熟分泌腔形成4个阶段。分泌腔形成时,位于原始细胞团中央的分泌细胞液泡化,细胞壁先解体,随后整个中央分泌细胞解体,形成分泌腔。结论棉花分泌腔属于溶生型分泌腔。 Aim To study secretory cavities of Gossypium hirsutum L.belonging to lysigenous or schizogenous cavity,the ontogenesis and development of secretory cevities in stems and leaves were observed.Methods Methods of semithin section and ultrathin section were adopted and the slices were observed by light microscope and electron microscope and photoed.Results Original cells of secretory in stem come from some cells in ground meristem,while original cells in leaves come of some cells in plate meristem.The original cells in stems or in leaves will create original cell groups of secretory caviries first by periclinal division and then by periclinal and anticlinal division.The development of secretory cavities both in stems and leaves was divided to four stages,the initiation of original cells,the formation of original cell groups,the ontogenesis of secretory cavities and the formation of mature secretory cavities.During the formation of secretoey cavities,the central secretory cells first become vacuolate,followed by the lysis of cell wall,and then the whole secretory cell degraded and the big cavity was formed.Conclusion The secretory cavities of Gossypium hirsutum L.were regarded as lysigenous cavities.
