摘要
为了在不增加顺丁橡胶装置凝聚能耗的前提下降低物耗,在实施三釜差压凝聚的基础上,增加了预凝聚工艺,阐述了预凝聚工艺原理,该工艺主要由汽水混合器、胶液过热水混合器和喷嘴3部分构成;在预凝聚过程中,蒸汽的作用是通过胶液与过热水充分混合来实现的,过热水温度是该过程重要的工艺控制条件;通过溶剂绝热闪蒸热量衡算,建立了过热水最低允许温度与凝聚温度及预凝聚水胶比的关系曲线,作为优化预凝聚工艺条件的依据。
To reduce the solvent consumption without increasing energy consumption in a cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber plant,the precondensation technology was used on the basis of three kettle condensation at different operating pressures,and the principle of the technology was described.The technology included a mixer of steam and water,a mixer of rubber solution and superheated water and a nozzle.The effect of steam was realized by mixing rubber solution and superheated water,and the temperature of superheated water was key factor in the precondensation.The relationship of precondensation water/rubber volume ratio and the lowest permissible temperature of superheated water was established at different condensation temperatures by heat balance calculation of the solvent adiabatic flash process.It could be used as a foundation to optimize conditions of the precondensation.
