摘要
选用300只0日龄的AA肉仔鸡公雏,随机分为5组,即基础饲粮组、基础饲粮中分别添加5 mg.kg-1黄霉素组、0.5%的红芪组、1%的红芪组和2%的红芪组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只肉仔鸡公雏,研究了红芪对肉仔鸡生长、代谢及屠宰性能的影响.结果表明:与基础饲粮组相比,饲粮中添加红芪显著提高了肉仔鸡的干物质、粗蛋白质、钙和磷的表观存留率和腹脂率(P〈0.05);饲粮中添加5 mg.kg-1黄霉素极显著提高了肉仔鸡0~3周龄的平均日增质量(P=0.005);饲粮中添加红芪对肉仔鸡的生长性能和其他屠宰性能指标无显著影响(P〉0.05).
The experiment was conducted using a total of three hundreds 0-day-old Arbor Acre broilers to investigate the effects of supplement with Radix hedysari at different levels of basal diet on growth performance,metabolism and carcass traits of broilers.A completely randomized design was used.Broilers were randomly divided into 5 groups,6 replicates for each group and 10 broilers for each replicate.The five treatments were basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 5 mg·kg-1 flavomycin,0.5 %,1% and 2 % Radix hedysari respectively.The results showed that basal diet supplemented with Radix hedysari significantly increased the apparent retention of dry matter,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus and the percentage of abnormal fat of broilers(P0.05).Supplementation of 5 mg·kg-1 flavomycin increased the average daily weight gain of brolers during 1~3 weeks(P=0.005).There were no significant effects of Radix hedysari on growth performance and other carcass traits of broilers(P0.05).
