摘要
患者在医疗实践中的积极预期表现为:健康的恢复、人文的关怀、费用适度等;医务人员在医疗实践中的消极防御则为:过度检查、推诿病患等。共同作用于疾病的医务人员与患者这一对医疗实践主体之间的关系却因患者积极预期与医务人员消极预防的不平衡而处于非正常状态。可从倡导"人性化"服务、加强医患沟通、提升业务能力、加强医德教育等方面入手,寻求二者关系的平衡,促进其和谐发展。
Patient's positive expectations in medical practice include restoration of health, humanistic concern, moderate medical cost, and so on. While medical staff's passive defense includes excessive medical examinations and prevarication to patients. Due to the imbalance between patient's positive expectations and medical staff's passive defense, the current doctor - patient relationship has been trapped into an abnormal state. Countermeasures including advocating humanistic medical services, strengthening doctor - patient communication, enhancing professional capabilities, and strengthening medical ethics education contribute to seek a balance and harmony of doctor - patient relationship.
